Christianne Transfiguracion, DPM is a podiatric physician and surgeon with over 20 years of experience, and specialties in foot and ankle surgery.

Being a native of Indiana, Dr. Transfiguracion began her postsecondary education within her home state, at Indiana University in Bloomington. She continued on to receive her Doctorate of Podiatric Medicine from New York College of Podiatric Medicine in 2002. Dr. Transfiguracion started her surgical training in New York at St. Clare’s/St. Vincent's Midtown Hospital, and completed her rearfoot and ankle surgery residency in California at the Surgery Center of South Bay in Torrance/White Memorial Medical Center in Los Angeles. Throughout her surgical training, Dr. Transfiguracion was involved with the Baja Project for Crippled Children in Mexico, and traveled on medical missions to Honduras and El Salvador with the project.  

Dr. Transfiguracion is board-certified with the American Board of Foot and Ankle Surgery, having achieved Diplomate status. She is affiliated with the Southwest Healthcare System (includes both Inland Valley Medical Center, Wildomar; Rancho Springs Medical Center, Murrieta), and speaks English, Spanish and Danish.

Dr. Transfiguracion has been working with Podiatry Services since 2005, lives locally, and enjoys reading, yoga, camping and hiking, and spending time with her husband, three sons and two dogs.

 

Christopher Shin, DPM

Christopher Shin, DPM

Christopher Shin, DPM is a podiatric physician and surgeon with 20 years of experience, and specialties in foot and ankle surgery and sports medicine.

Dr. Shin was born in Los Angeles, and raised in Riverside, CA.  He attended medical school in Manhattan, where he received his medical degree from New York College of Podiatric Medicine.  After medical school, his surgical residency training was obtained from Kaiser Foundation Hospitals in Santa Clara, CA.  For numerous years, Dr. Shin has participated as a surgeon for investigational research studies. 

As a local to the Inland Empire, he recognized the need for quality medical care with the population growth to the region.  Providing service to the community and having an avid interest in the treatment of sports injuries led to community service.  Dr. Shin has functioned as the team podiatrist for the Chaparral High School Football Pumas in Temecula, CA since 2009.

Dr. Shin is affiliated with the Southwest Healthcare System (includes both Inland Valley Medical Center, Wildomar; Rancho Springs Medical Center, Murrieta). He speaks both English and Spanish.

In his off-time, Dr. Shin enjoys staying active by swimming, fishing, target shooting, hiking, and spending time with his family.

As a 46-year veteran in his field, Joseph S. Wells, DPM is a well-respected, board-certified podiatric physician and surgeon.

In 1976, Dr. Wells received his Doctorate of Podiatric Medicine from Ohio College of Podiatric Medicine in Independence, OH (now known as Kent State University College of Podiatric Medicine).

Dr. Wells is board-certified (Diplomate) with the American Board of Foot and Ankle Surgery. He is affiliated with the Southwest Healthcare System (includes both Inland Valley Medical Center, Wildomar; Rancho Springs Medical Center, Murrieta). He lives locally with his wife of many years, and has four adult children and grandchildren.

 

Susan Scott, DPM

Susan Scott, DPM

Susan Scott, DPM is a podiatric physician who practices conservative care for foot and ankle problems in all age groups, and is particularly interested in wound care and diabetic foot care.

Dr. Scott obtained her Bachelor of Science degree at the University of Arizona. She went on to graduate as Valedictorian of the California School of Podiatric Medicine in Oakland, where she achieved her Doctorate of Podiatric Medicine in 2005. Dr. Scott completed her postgraduate training in Arizona with a three-year foot and ankle surgical residency program within the Pima Indian Reservation, and at the Maricopa County Hospital.

Dr. Scott is affiliated with the Southwest Healthcare System (includes both Inland Valley Medical Center, Wildomar; Rancho Springs Medical Center, Murrieta). She lives locally and has been with Podiatry Services since 2010.

 

Tho Nguyen, DPM

Tho Nguyen, DPM has been a podiatric physician and surgeon since 2013, and has been with Podiatry Services since 2016.

Dr. Nguyen was born and raised in Northern California. She attended University of California, Davis and graduated with a Bachelor of Science degree in Biochemistry. Upon completion of her undergraduate studies, she attended the California School of Podiatric Medicine in Oakland, where she received her Doctorate of Podiatric Medicine degree in 2013. Dr. Nguyen completed her subsequent three-year residency in Foot and Ankle Surgery at the Veterans Hospital in Palo Alto, California with a strong emphasis on diabetic limb salvage.

Dr. Nguyen is affiliated with the Southwest Healthcare System (includes both Inland Valley Medical Center, Wildomar; Rancho Springs Medical Center, Murrieta).

Dr. Nguyen lives locally and is fluent in English and Vietnamese. In her free time, she enjoys spending time with her family including her young children and dogs. They love going on walks, hikes, and exploring the outdoors.
